How does billing work?
One annual invoice covers your chosen plan for the next 12 months. Your subscription renews automatically so your website and ongoing care continue smoothly.
What do included requests cover?
Adding, editing or removing content, sections and pages using your website’s existing design and functionality. Bundle small tasks into one request: each started hour counts as one request (5 minutes: one request; 90 minutes: two). Major redesigns and new functionality are quoted separately.
Can I edit content myself?
Yes. Simple access to agreed content is included in every plan when arranged at creation. Manage opening hours, holiday closures or current offers yourself without using your included requests.
How does AI Radar help my website?
We optimize your website to help search engines and AI assistants understand your business, then use AI Radar to check it at launch and identify opportunities to improve its visibility.
How can I keep improving my website?
Pro includes a one-hour annual review that we arrange with you, bringing together AI Radar, available visitor statistics and practical recommendations. With Essential or Comfort, you can request a review with a separate quote. Together, we agree on the next steps and any additional cost.
